Prickly nights sleep
I bought 4 pillows and they came within nice packaging. They would have been excellent value except for one major problem.
They fluffed up nicely but after a few days there were very sharp spikes protruding out of the pillows and through the pillow case. I tried putting pillow protectors on as well as pillow cases but to no avail. I then tried thick terry towel pillow cases underneath my fancy cases but again,the sharp small feathers still came through. I tried to get a refund but was told (via email) that the item had to be ‘not used’ and with the original packaging ( which was obviously been long put in the bin.)

iPhone 4 cover
The two sides of the phone cover do not stay clipped together.
I have had to use 2 sided tape on the inside to stop the cover falling off.

Design fault
The laminated sheets are getting caught on the machine as they come out,resulting in the right corner to curl up. No doubt in the future, I believe that the sheets will get jammed on that corner ... time will tell.
