    When item didn't arrive and the day after still wasn't posted, I opened a request. as per ebay guidelines. The seller response was firstly take offence that I dared to open a request. Then said it was in his car waiting to be posted. When that didn't happen his excuse was that he wasn't sure if it was a scam, which would have been an incredible feat on my part since he was in possession of both money and item. He then said he would cancel and refund the order, which was more than fine by me.

    Customer always right attitude, parcel was 1 day behind estimated delivery date, no communication, literally just went straight to opening a case against me. Didn't reply to me when I told him it was in the car ready to post afterwork to which I received no reply, therefore it was not posted due to the on going case which has been resolved. Rude, Impatient, no communication.
