Epic fail!

I bought this controller to replace my old, failing spectra pad and was delighted when it arrived this morning. I liked the colour and design, it reminded me of the Afterglow model which I used to have (and was reliable and a good controller all-round). I plugged it into my xbox and gave the analogues a waggle. Perfect! Then I tried the X, Y, A and B. No response. Tried pressing again. Nothing. Third time...it worked. So I played a game of Diablo 3, and less than fifteen minutes in the pad became completely unresponsive. Nothing worked, tried unplugging and resetting, nothing. A waste of twenty pounds and I STILL have no controller that I can use. My advice, buy Microsoft!
