Outer plain cardboard packaging was a bit crumpled but the same could not be said of the original internal packaging which was pristine, a pleasant surprise give it was an open box purchase on. The item is as described though the installation booklet is for a Sanicompact Pro rather than a C43. Fantastic value as an unopened “open box”

    I would definitely be happy to recommend this seller. Unfortunately the bath I ordered arrived with a small area of damage that only showed up when I removed the protective film. It was hard to spot and there's no way of knowing if it happed in transit or before. I contacted the seller and sent some pictures they got back to me almost immediately and as they didn't have a direct replacement gave me a full refund straight away. Thank you for resolving the problem so quickly.

    Previous buys from this seller meant I was confident of exceptional value, great condition and as described. Plumber is installing radiator, (vertical double white) in kitchen this week so I can’t say how it’s functioning yet. However I’m very confident that it will be great. Came 2 days after ordering, brilliant. Excellent packaging and after checking the contents I’m very happy. Thank you guys , I’d happily order from you again and I’d totally recommend you.
