    I cannot praise this seller enough. It was critical that my iPod was returned by a certain date, and I was assured by Phillip that I would have it back in time. Enter The Royal Mail whose "guaranteed next day delivery" turned into 13 days, giving Phillip less than 12hrs, to inform me that the battery also needed replacing, sending a photo to show me my swollen battery, wait for my confirmation to carry out the extra work, complete all the work & post it, next day guaranteed delivery. Fantastic!
