A good replacement for a faulty PATA AV series HDD. Quieter and cooler.

Bought this to install in a Topfield 5800PVRt which has a faulty drive. Working well in that application - quieter and cooler than the original 205 GB Western Digital drive that it replaces. I may eventually replace it with larger SATA drive, but that would involve both purchase of the drive and a converter, since the Toppy only has a PATA interface, so this is a good low cost alternative for the moment.

Too many sata devices, too few sata power plugs. This gives two extra, attached cable is nice and short.
