Very difficult to access the hay and pull it apart.
2 of 2 found this helpful The ordering and delivery were trouble free. The hay is generally of good quality if a little dusty where it rubs against the packaging. Trouble is it is therefor incredibly messy to get out of the packaging and the dust goes everywhere. I usually store hay in my double garage but I opened this bag outside because it was so difficult to open. When I finally got through the packaging the dust from the edges as I lowered the top to access the hay caused such a mess I moved it to the back garden where I have the double hutches and run. I hoped the hay had been pressured into layers so although I expected it to be tightly packed I needed it to come out easily as it does in a 'Box of Hay'. In reality this is a brick of hay and you have to hack at it to loosen the hay. I would love to know from other users any tricks they may have for loosening the hay from the brick. The mess is incredible and I am storing it outside in a black bin bag because anything stored in the garage would be covered in hay wisps and dust. It takes me 10 times longer to clean out my rabbits because of the difficulty separating the hay from the brick. If I could find an easier way to distribute the hay into my rabbit cages then this would be good value for money compared to 'Box of Hay' which is much the same quality but more expensive. However my time is also important and if costed would result in poor value for money and great inconvenience.

It Works!
Fabulous product but usually very expensive. I use it all over my feet and it makes them wonderfully soft and smooth after the first application. By far the best I've tried.

As expected
The pockets are thin and flimsy compared to other presentation folders I have purchased. However, they do the job and the folder was cheaper than what I have paid in the past. The folders are mainly used as storage, with two certificates, back to back in each pocket. I put all the achievement certificates from swimming, cubs, school award s etc. and they are not roughly handled or frequently used so these are fine for me. However, I doubt they would last long if regularly opened or the contents of the pockets removed or replaced
