have owned a few wood burning tools this is the best electric tool i have found

Great product
Very different to install with windows 10 but the ricoh uk support team are fantastic ,a quick phone call and they sent the files I needed via email with step by step instructions . The issue was with windows 10 not the printer , it's a great product !
