Misleading picture of the actual product
1 of 1 found this helpful The tie doesn't look like the actual picture. The white coloring of the penguins on the actual tie is not truly white. It is more of a dull white or gray. Beware!

New Surface Pro 4
2 of 3 found this helpful Cons: Battery life is terrible. I get about 4 hours of continuous use after a full charge. Sometimes, the stylus also stops working for a brief period. Also, the face recognition software is faulty. I can bypass it by using the stylus to flip the lock-out screen up.
Otherwise, the screen has nice resolution and Windows 10 OS runs well. It also has never gotten very hot.
