stuck after used 4 months
2 of 2 found this helpful The product was shipped in good condition, when assembled, one side wheel can not be fitted completely in as extra welding at the end. However I managed the problem by filing the extra welding.
Unfortunately after used 4 months, the mixer suddenly stopped rotating, I have to deal with the problem immediately as my bricks project was needing mortar. At first I thought it might be caused by gear stuck, however when nearly dissembled all parts and couldn't found the problem. Finally when opened the motor cover, found that the belt is hang over the edge, that was exactly the cause. after manually moved the belt to normal position, the mixer seems working as normal. However since then the mixer frequently stuck, I can't find any adjustment so every time the problem occurred I have open the cover and manually reset the belt.
