effective for me
comparing with other magnesium products, Dr. Best sounds to be the most efficient one for my magnesium absorption problem (currently facing menopause & low-carb diet - both causing dramatic lost of magnesium). The bigger package seems to be more convenient.

helps fingers to be more flexible and possibly also a bit to reduce flat feet
I really like the material. It is soft and pleasant for touch. In the picture it looked small but when I tried it, it makes good separation of the toes. It is also useful that the finger joints are protected. My fingers in shoes are lifting up, and the joints touch shoes. After wearing shoes for some time, unprotected fingers develop galls.
After wearing long enough and using fingers more actively (pressing towards floor - currently I don`t use my thumb much develop flat feet and fingers too close to each other, with very little flexibility), I hope to reduce flat-foot and improve flexibility of the fingers.
At the beginning it was bit painful because of tighten fingers for long time without movement but wearing this useful thing everyday it makes fingers to be more accustomed and can manage longer time with less pain.
