Great starter item
Only a beginner, but I bought this in case I didn't get on with pyrography.
I've found I have to use it on hottest setting, and the handle gets hot after 20 minutes use so I have to turn it off and wait and start the project again. Other than that, it's great value for money with the heads you get. I'd advise straightening out the cord completely before use as the cord doesn't swivel so that part gets annoying after a while if there's kinks in it.

Waste of money and time waiting for delivery
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Bought these as I make jewellery. Bought these for crimping with copper and tiger tail. You are meant to use the C type shape to crimp both bits of wire securely, then use the oval part to fold the crimped parts together. With these, the c shaped divot isn't deep enough. I've had better crimping with round nosed pliers. So, not wanting to dismiss it completely, I crimped the wire using round nose and flat pliers. And decided to use the oval part to fold the crimps over. What a waste of time. All it does is make your flattened crimp a perfect circle again. Therefore not securing the wire in any way, resulting in beads flying everywhere and these crap pliers being swiftly thrown in the bin. I would not recommend this product to someone I hated with every inch of my being!
Sad to say I'm having to buy it elsewhere.
