the most useful book you can buy if you buy food and cruise.
i bought this book as i'd given my old copy to a sailing friend as it's a very useful addition to the cruising chef's library. if you want to cruise anywhere and everywhere, this folds in their experiences with provisioning, recipes and general food and other storage advice.
i'm happy with the paperback... less weight on board.
buy this one first if you need any advice as lin pardey won't lead you wrong.
