    The item was exactly as described, it looks even better in person! Very happy with my purchase, and the customer service was great. I have already put my cards in the frame and am excited to display it! The item resulted delivered but I did not receive it so I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and responsive.

    Just adding the delivery issue was NOT on the seller and yet they suggested sending out a new item if I did not received it. I ended up receiving it the following day, due to a Royal Mail error.
