Good times
It's some older technology but fun for a silly evening with friends.

How was this ever sold in a store?
The short version is, the game doesn't work as a "move" game. The program simply doesn't work. Even if you can get it for $3, thats $3 you could have spent on anything else. Shocked it was ever on the market.
