Really useful and great value
For few bucks I got a nice exercise equipment, which actually works - after I sprained my ankle (trail running), I started to use the board in a week (5-10 minutes a day) , and after a month a can do a one leg squat _while standing on my toes_ And it really feels like my ankles are very strong and stable now.

Incomplete package or content stolen
Advertisement says "one box within 5 plain sheets" - but there were only 2 inside. My package was apparently opened, then wrapped again in Chinese newspaper. And imagine the arrogance - one of those two plasters was labeled "free" on a post-it.

Slow but steady and strong
It takes up to one hour to reach the maximum heat (you can speed it up by rolling in hands), but after 10 minutes its already functional. And, after 6 hours it's still around maximum heat.
