Easiest and most effective to wear
I have tried several guards like this including one many times more expensive and found this to be the best. As it is less bulky I tend to keep it in all night instead of spitting it out during sleep. It is very effective although at first glance seems easy to bite through, I wear it for a few weeks at a time and it stops the toothache and headaches that result from the clenching.

Fantastic bargain smartphone
Fantastic phone for under £100. Runs everything really quickly and doesn't crash even when running lots of apps concurrently. Google maps loads and finds GPS really fast which is great. Camera isn't the best, but if you want a Nikon, buy a real one. Battery just makes it from morning to bedtime, but I use it quite a lot during the day. Screen is sharp but again not the brightest - but it does charge quickly.
Nice to be able to buy British design!
