A Dream to use!

So far SO good. I've only had my hoover a few weeks. Works well on hard and carpet surfaces. Fairly light and easy to use. I was looking for a simple upright hoover. I do not want the ever more complicated appliances now on the market. I think the world is crying out for simplification. A real bonus, this one comes ready assembled, but for the hose, which I still haven't managed to attach? Only downside is it does tend to go a bit wobbly on steering, but not a biggy. On the whole, extremely pleased with it... after several attempts to get a simple upright. This one actually cleans the floor, which is what I wanted. Plus it was an excellent price, much cheaper than the over hyped one I returned. A good choice. I used to dread hoovering.

Heavy but Reliable

Personally, I prefer upright, simple to use, powerful, vacuum cleaners. Maybe one could be invented! However, I know the Henry to be more reliable than most cleaners, and less complicated.. This one was for my son, who swears by them, and uses them at work as well. He's always used them. I find most domestic cleaners and tradesmen recommend them... As you grow older, they are a bit too heavy to hump around, and I do not like the bags. Ticked 'yes' for emptying, because there were no grades. Bagless would be a big improvement. But, overall, a great product.
