Their value is in their reusability... but they do eventually break down and deform after multiple uses.
Not like there is any other purchase option out there to compare it to, lol. But yeah, they are good for what they are advertised for. They would be ridiculously expensive if you could only shoot them once, but I have discovered they are reloadable using hole-punched egg carton material as a wad for the top and bottom. Cutting open a single cheap walmart 12 gauge shell yields enough shot to make dozens. These come loaded from the factory with #9 shot, but I have experimented with using #8 and #7.5 shot in them in various quantities. Anything larger than that is too few balls and too irregular a pattern. I did try putting 3 steel BB's in once and got an impressive perfect triangle-shaped pattern. It's like micro buckshot :-). All around results are good and fun to experiment with. I use an empty 22lr shell case as a reference for consistent volume of my reloads. #7.5 shot reloaded in these shells will easily break a regulation clay target at 25-30 feet, albeit precision aiming is necessary.

Great for monitoring horses on a farm
These are great little cameras, people who leave poor reviews are obviously comparing the picture quality to today's megapixel monsters, which this clearly is not meant to be. This specific camera model is 15 years old, and at the time, it was state of the art. I've had several since they first came out. I have horses and what I love about these is the plug and play portability. Not only is the picture signal wireless, but there is an option to run it on a 9 volt battery, so you don't even need an electrical outlet. I can stick the camera anywhere on my 5 acre property and it produces a picture good enough to monitor the health and behavior of the animal. Very useful when you have a new or young or nervous animal on the property that you want to keep an eye on but don't feel like standing by his paddock for two hours monitoring his turnout time. No, it is not high resolution, and yeah, there's static, but not excessively so. It's not like it is a camera I am using to take keepsake pictures, so that doesn't bother me. It has great audio and reliable night vision. Even in total pitch blackness, you can still make out what the animal is doing, and the horse's eyes always show up as two bright dots.
Additionally, I've screwed a couple of my camera mounts to wood blocks with industrial velcro on the back side, this allows me to pop them off of wherever they are mounted and put them in the horse trailer whenever I want. Voila! Instant trailer cam system to keep an eye on the horses when hauling. (This requires you buy a separate small monitor to plug the receiver into, of course.)
Summary: Cheap and reliable functionality, option to run on battery for the ultimate in portability, and the simplest plug & play set up ever. I love mine, BUT if you are a stickler for picture quality or high security/privacy (basic 2.4 ghz broadcast signal is easily acquired by anyone with a receiver, so I don't recommend this camera for indoor use in private spaces) you may not like this camera.

Perfect for what I needed!
I did quite a bit of looking to find something I could use as picatinny flashlight mount that was as low profile as possible AND a quick release. Not easy to find. The quick release mechanism usually makes them protrude a lot, or, if you want as flush as possible, you're going to have go with a version that requires a tool to remove. Pleased to see this CCOP one meets my needs very specifically. (Ironic, since it's really for a scope, lol.) I thought it was a lil spendy at first compared to others out there, but now that I've held it in my hands, I can appreciate the heft of it as well as the precision machining of the piece and I definitely feel like I got what I paid for. Would buy again.
