Early Days yet! Ask me again in three months time.
I have used 'Wet & Forget on my paving stones and roof two weeks ago. Not much signs of growths disappearing yet, but it takes some time. My understanding is that the product kills the growths, and then you have to wait for rain and weathering to remove the dead remains. I used to buy a product called 'Clean-Up'. It was made by ICI and looked similar to Jeys Fluid, a Coal Tar product . A few weeks after treatment there seemed no improvement and I thought I had wasted my money. However, a few months later the paving was like new and it lasted several years. Then Zenica took over and 'Clean-Up' was no longer available and my paving has got worse and worse. I have tried many products since without much improvement, but I am hopeful that Wet & Forget will be the answer. As I said it takes time for the full effects to become apparent.
