  I have order a bike for my daughter's birthday on 8th of May, item should received between 12th and 16th of May. The item still not arrived, contacted the seller, and just keep telling the item was collected, than 5 days later said the item was returned due to packaging issue, and posted again on the next day. It was 5 days ago. The seller said, will provide tracking number but still no tracking provided not even the item.. i am not happy with this service. Stay away from this seller.

  Bag arrived damaged, seller adamant that it was fine when he sent it, looked again closely at the listing pictures and you can see it was damaged when he took the picture! But still saying it was fine when he sent it, that he had inspected it before sending it, think someone needs to go to Specsavers! Will not be buying off this seller again.
