Gritty, realistic and often bleak but Geoff Thompson is outstanding.
A good account of the life of a doorman and his professional approach to an often thuggish occupation and his philosophy on violence and its causes and of course its effects.
Highly Recommended but beware if you are offended by violence and real world language give it a swerve

Noisy auto focus but a good lens for the money
I didn't know what to expect from this lens but I am pleased with it's overall performance.
I wanted a fast 85mm lens for portraiture but didn't want to lay out the ££££ on a Canon "L" series lens so I took a chance.
My only gripe would be the noise of the autofocus, however as it's not the end of the world. The build quality rivals some of the Canon budget prime lenses and is every bit as sharp. I haven't checked for any chromatic aberrations on a large screen yet but viewing (chimping) the images zoomed right in on the camera led screen they look perfectly acceptable .
Obviously you don't get any form of weather proofing that you do on Canon's "L" series lenses but this lens is a descent prime full frame autofocus lens for £130!!! Not £1,200.

This little drill is a real powerhouse
I love this its a fantastic tool and powerful enough to drive 4" un piloted screws into constructional timber with ease incredible for its tiny 12v battery and will match my Bosch (blue) 18volt in most respects. Very impressed.
I did hear that this is actualy a rebadged Makita product but have no proof.
A good buy for the DIYer. 10/10
