Not "great" quality but, for under $5, it's a GREAT deal...super quiet fans and super compact! Would buy again.
After about 5-6 uses, one fan quit running. Wiggling wires does not help. Might need to disconnect and reconnect & solder.

1 of 1 found this helpful This product is intended to pull the mandible (lower jaw) forward. It, in fact pulls it further toward the neck. Since I have an issue with moisture escaping my mouth, yes, drooling, while I sleep, it did help keep my mouth closed.
