Food Dehydrator
Excellent, It is so easy to operate and clean. I don't know why I did not get one earlier. I just am making Jerky at the moment. I just marinate the meat in the fridge over night and put it on the trays in the morning ,put the lid on the Dehydrator turn it on, turn it up to full and leave it. Every hour I rotate the trays, I don't suppose it is necessary but I like to do that. For 400 grams it usually takes me 5 hours and a bit. If you want it drier and more brittle you do it for longer. My marinade is some Wostershire sauce some Soy sauce and a couple table spoons of hunny. If I want it spicy I add some paprika or chilly powder. OK good luck and enjoy.

A worthwhile book
Its a good book because it tells you what is happening and what can happen to other animals when you have powerful governments involved and where there is big money. Its a real eye opener and also a very real and shameful story about what is going on in our time. If you are interested in the plight of wildlife this book is a must.
