Product works as described. Sound reduction is great while allowing the wearer to hear conversation. The biggest drawback is the ear inserts are far too hard and sharp for comfort. After 10 minutes I have to remove them and my ears are tender for the rest of the day. I'm going to try and soften them otherwise I will discard and go back to traditional earmuffs.
