Rubbish battery - not fit for purpose
First battery sent to replace original Samsung battery did not hold a charge for long. This was replaced without question however the second one sent was no better. I have gone back to using my old Samsung battery until I obtain a genuine replacement. These Made in China substitute batteries are obviously a waste of money and should not be available for sale. I have therefore wasted £5.99 and should have known better.

Hopeless to fit on a hot day!
2 of 8 found this helpful Instructions provided only appear relevant for a cool/cold day. I made the mistake of trying to fit this on a hot day. The consequence being that the rod pushed in (against the wall as instructed) came back out before the opener was fitted so that it couldn't then be screwed back into the black plastic housing. On my second attempt I had to fit the opener in the 'wide open' position and then make several attempts to adjust it in the following early mornings. What a faff!
