  I bought a board game for £20.00 ( less 20p including postage . The pieces were all present & in good condition but the box was very worn which l was not aware of when l bought it - so l felt it was overpriced & l was disappointed . However on looking at the picture the box looks worn.

  Hi, I'm sorry to hear its reached you in that condition. As you can see from the photos that it not how it was when it left me as the box was fully intact and the contents was in excellent condition. May I suggest that you take the issue up with the postal service as this was not my fault, I did not send it to you in that condition
