Realistic flames !
This is the most realistic flame electric fire I’ve ever seen everyone thinks it’s real flames .
The remote control could be better ( with easier functionality)
The heater works well & heats the room sufficiently . I have only owned for a short while but I love my new fire .
It’s easy to use ( you fill with filtered water only to make the mist) the Fortrose fits my fireplace well it’s quite a big opening but looks fantastic now it’s in place .
The fire is easy to set up too and controls on fire are easy to use once everything is set up with the filtered water is in the tank .
Great product at good price .
I love it !!!!
