  The package appeared to have been opened, so I contacted the with this message 'Hi This item was advertised as new but the box has obviously been opened previously and taped shut - see attached photos. Not very happy about this. Regards John'. I received this reply 'Thank you for your message. We are currently away due to a medical situation and will return on an undetermined date. During this time, we will have limited access to messages and will not be able to respond immediately.'

However, this item is returnable which you would be able to return if youre not happy with the condition which was new - unused as described on the listing, although it had been opened due to our checking process prior dispatching the item to ensure that there is no damage on the item.
