  For some reason, it doesn’t let you say if it’s a negative experience but for me the customer was incredibly rude, paid for the item then requested different shipping, practically harassed me over the shipping options after it was already paid for, then issued a return because I told them they were a rudest person I’ve ever had anything from me. And I don’t apologize because they are rude, impatient and I will be happy not to deal with them ever again.
