  I received the lead in good time however when I did open it, it turned out not to new as described, unfortunately the bungee effect on this lead had worn out which made it extremely long for my small medium size dog, and not suitable. I address this with the seller and they very quickly rectified the situation with a speedy and refund and advised me to dispose of it of how I wish. It has been donated to charity.
