This is the camera I take on hikes, when I'm riding my horses, or snowboarding. It was a good value and not so pricey that I hesitate to take it on my adventures. I've destroyed several other cameras, so it's a good probability that I will do so again.
I took it to a Geology Field trip to Joshua Tree National Park this past weekend to test it out. My shots turned out great. I used the 18-55 lens exclusively. It took clear shots of the landscape, close ups of rocks and flowers.

Useful for more than just phones!
I can use this for my iPhone 6 but it is also useful for audiobook players (Playaway)
The earbud wrap feature is handy - keeps them from snagging on other items when they aren't in my ears.

Great buy - compare this to a bike store light! It's MUCH less expensive
We run our dogs at night. These lights are rechargeable and EXTREMELY bright.
We looked at several lights in the bike shops and they were $300 - $500
I'm convinced that these lights are better than those.
They light up the pitch dark paths so well we let the dogs run as fast as they can.
The hold a charge well, BUT there is no indication when they are running low on power.
That is the only thing we wish they would improve. We just make sure we have a spare with us.
We have four of these!!!
