Arthritis difficulty
2 of 2 found this helpful Older people- be careful it can be hard on the skeleton. Take it very slowly one minute at a time. Any more than 2 minutes and your body will pay for it. As we can't bend our knees anyway...just standing on it or resting one leg on it can work as an effective massage on lowest setting. So I'll give it a chance for another few months. It certainly wakes (invigorates) you up if you're feeling a bit sleepy during the day. So for that reason only A+
