Don't dismiss the Pelikan EF nib without trying it first
Even though my writing is small, I don't order pens with EF nibs because the line is too thin for my liking even on very smooth paper. By the time I began searching for a Pelikan Café Crème, 95% of the ones for sale had EF nibs, and I assumed I'd have to replace it with an F or M nib. I tried out the Pelikan EF nib with J. Herbin chocolate ink and was pleasantly surprised. There isn't much line variation, but the ink flow is so smooth that it's easy to read and a joy to write with. The little translucent ink window above the nib takes the guesswork out of how close I am to needing a refill, and I wish more pens with opaque barrels had this feature.

Comfortable grip and easy to distinguish the weights, but neoprene coating is susceptible to damage
1 of 1 found this helpful These dumbbells are comfortable to use because of the neoprene coating, which allows a firm grip and a little cushioning when using them to plank rows. The different colors for different weights ensures you won't grab a ten when you meant to grab an eight. I would warn buyers that the neoprene coating can be cut or split during shipping or unwrapping, if you use a blade to cut the packaging. I have two sets of this style of dumbbell, both with cuts suffered during shipping, but at least the edges haven't peeled back, nor has the cut gotten bigger with handling.
