Works great in a Ruger American bolt action

Network connection glitches on my phone, but overall decent.

This phone is similar to its related Samsung I8190 and I8190N in much of it's specifications. This phone has a faster processor and a better battery than those phones but 90% of the phone's hardware is the same. Like that phone, this phone drops connection to the network enough to be aggravating, sometimes requiring a reboot to re-connect to the network. Never had this problem with my old Galaxy S 4g that I keep as a back up phone. It is fast for the entry level smartphone it is and has reasonable battery life for a phone running KitKat and all it's enhancements. I gave it a 3 star rating because while it is noticeably faster, and overall works better than the old Galaxy S 4g, the dropped network connections give this phone less utility as a basic phone than my old one. I'll wait for a price drop on the Galaxy S4 Minis and get that phone to replace this one......
