Only charged 2 to 3 percent in one hour

One of the cords would not work at all. None of the cords would plug in properly to my iPhone 6, which is protected by a generic hard case. (My protective case does not hinder regular Apple charging cords or Walmart generic charging cords.) When plugged in, the cords that "worked" would only charge about 2 to 3 percent over a period of one hour. Bought them for the length, but ended up throwing the cords in the rubbish bin.
