3 of 3 found this helpful The AUTO function does not work. Therefore it keeps running after paper has been shred. You have to switch it off with the main switch. I was led to believe that these were 'refurbished', which usually means a human has looked at it, and usually works fine. Not this one.

good design, should be supported by buying this product.
Great product. Bare bones design that one could easily fit into a cheap box. Works straight out of the box.
