No bottle included to use with drinking system which is a shame but seller's listing is accurate with what is included so can't complain. Manual for mask is dated 11/2002 Edition A, the mask with its parts are dated 22/03 assumed 2003. Face shield material is confirmed polycarbonate with help of manual describing markings. A+ seller, happy with purchase.
