You get what you pay for

After 50 years in product design I didn’t expect much given the low price point; I was not disappointed. One of the worst designed products I’ve ever bought. First problem no instructions, I emailed and ask for some to be sent the reply was ‘they were working on it.’ Nevertheless as a mechanical engineer I wasn’t daunted. It came flat pack and there was a sequence, warning don’t insert the handle first. The metal tubes were size for the size with the holes so wouldn’t fit. They had started to swag the tubes but only did 1/10 which meant I had to open the holes. The black plastic frame was incredibly poor quality I guess the thinnest cheapest ABS available. When assemble and the water was turned on 2 of the fittings leaked excessively. Fortunately I had spare Hozelock ones which resolved that problem.
