Didn't work for me, but may be pilot error.
cant seem to make it work, does not recognize existing G modules. No support from Garmin any longer.
Sitting in my garage, you can have a sweet deal on it and my NOS 2010 Color plotter.

Good light, easy install
I mounted mine on the 10 o'clock position on my AR. Easy to use with my left thumb when light is desired. Having said that, the actual button for activation is a relatively small area of the large thumb pad and it takes a little thought to get your thumb in the right position. That is why I did not give it 5 stars.

Just the right tool for the job
