  I waited 10 days before sending the seller a message to ask when my item would be dispatched, they replied to inform me that the courier never collected it, so they resent the item via another courier service. I purchased this as a birthday present for a family member and was assured it would arrive in time. So 15 days from my original paid purchase the package finally arrived, opened it to find they had sent me the wrong item. Had to open a case to get a refund. Absolute waste of time.
