    I have not used the trimmer yet so cannot comment on that side of it. If the courier had not put back the missing parts that fell out of the box and then taped the box up. He also said the box was torn and was worried something may be missing. Maybe I should have refused the delivery. But I didn't and nothing was missing. The box was torn thru the middle. I would say the box was not strong enough and also maybe the courier company had not been careful. Sellers just blamed the courier company.
