  Terrible buying experience. Bought items that were advertised as working with 6 hours battery life in them only to transport them over 150 miles to find out they don't work. Seller tried defending such deceptive sale as it was sold as seen even when I had explained that I bought them because they were advertised as working. When I had drove it back to them for my refund the seller was trying to tell me he will have to charge and test before a refund is considered. My worst buying experience!

  Thank you for your feedback. The items were tested and confirmed working before sale. We advised your friend to test them on collection, and supported you with setup and troubleshooting. On return, the units worked once charged. Despite this, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We aim to be fair and transparent, and regret this experience didn’t reflect our usual standards.
