Maglite LED Upgrade Conversion Cree TTS bulb for 3d 4d 5d or 6d / C cell Torch

Definitely a new life for your old Maglite

I have an old Maglite 3 x D cell torch, which 25 years ago, imo, was the best torch available. For the past 5 years the torch lay at the back of the cupboard unused, as the performance of the incandescent bulb provided so little light in comparison with newer torches. Rather than throw the torch away I thought I would try the Cree LED bulb upgrade, and I'm glad I did as the bulb provides a brilliant beam of white light which is better than any of the other 3 LED flashlights I have bought recently. My old Maglite is back as my number one torch of choice, it really is that good! Rather than throw away your old Maglite, give the Cree LED bulb upgrade a try, you'll convert your Maglite into a much better torch than you could buy for the price of this bulb.
