  This seller sold me a defective camera bag with a zipper that completely failed the first time I used it. During a wedding shoot, the zipper split open, dumping all my gear—thousands of dollars’ worth—onto the ground. The seller refused a return and claimed it wasn’t broken when shipped, ignoring the fact that a working zipper doesn’t suddenly fail like that. The zipper works when the bag is empty, however bursts at the seams when carrying gear. Do not trust the seller with anything valuable.

  This buyer was shipped an item in good working condition and had an unfortunate issue with the quality of the zipper. This review should be directed towards the manufacturer of the product, not an ebay reseller like me. I was not responsible for overseeing the zipper curation during manufacturing.
