  Item damaged. Vintage lego box ripped up and held together with tape. Cloth sail holes were torn open. Boat was missing stickers. None of this was in the description or pictured. I was respectful, told them I didn't want the hassle of sending the item back but told them I'd be happy enough if a $12 partial refund was issued, i could have ordered a new sail with the money. They were very short with me and just said "no I can't do that", that's all they offered, not even an explanation.
