This will survive your pirate lifestyle
1 of 1 found this helpful When I first received the hat I realised that it's actually made of foam and looks badly finished on the inside, I would have given it one star then but when I had it on, people said that they thought it was leather. I wore it for a week away with the lads and it suffered no damage at all, even after I pushed a feather through the stitching at the side. It's comfortable and not hot like you would expect a foam hat to be. It's been rolled up and stuffed in my coat pocket, squashed in my bag and slept on in my tent but still comes out looking the same as when I bought it. Don't buy one of those cardboard type hats, they crease and fall apart but this has proved very difficult to damage.I've worn it to a couple of parties since, what a great buy.

The Cats love it
The food is conveniently packed in easy to open, meal sized sachets. I put the Whiskas dry food in a separate bowl and the cats choose what and how they want to eat. Each of the flavours is packed separately so I repack the box to mix them up and give the cats a different one each time.

Showed true Pirate spirit
I replaced the plastic flask with a real hip flask double tied the laces to stop them unravelling under the extra weight. It looks great but I expected it would fall to pieces when it was filled with spirit. It's not really meant for this but it held together through a week at Broadstairs Folk festival, I left it hanging on the gazebo in all weathers and it's still in one piece! I'm well impressed and I'll continue to use it. Yeargh!
