  Product was as advertised and packaged well. The seller reached out to let me know that the package couldn’t be sent until after some covid restrictions were lifted and gave me the choice to get a refund. The product still arrived before the promised date.

  The product box had a tear, I don't know what happened because it had protection and even so it happened which makes me think that it was sent like that. The product got here fast and even tho there was the tear seemed new

  I'm sorry to hear that the box had a tear. Rarely, but it does happen during delivery. In spite of the tear, I do hope you're satisfied with the item.
