Looks like I expected.

Firm cushions, straight lines. It was pretty easy to put together, except for a messed up screw on one of the legs. It's on the small side... Short and shallow. I'm 5'3" and it seems a bit too shallow for me. Similar to Ikea, but shallower. As a short person, it's nice to have my feet touch the floor, though. I bought it more for the look than comfort, so the firmness isn't a problem for me. If you are looking for something you can sink into, this is not it. If you are looking for something to class up your apartment, this is the one.
