Doesn't remove black heads.
It may be good to remove oils and dead skin, but its not going to penetrate and get in there like you think it should. It won't pull anything up more than dead skin and some hairs.

Too new to know, but so far so good.
I’ve only gotten a chance to use these once they worked flawlessly,My favorite is definitely the impact driver. I wish that the light was near the head instead of by the battery at the base but that’s really my only gripe. other than that they’re pretty awesome.

Requires modification to work properly, but once you do it, it's great.
Magpie released the design for M-Lok for companies to use free of charge. NcStar/ Vism is so stuck in it's cheap Chinese ways, they had to rip off M-lok, rather than just use the free design. The M-lok locks do not spin in the hand guard so it wont actually stay till you shave it all down allowing it to spin. I blued the aluminum locks so it all appears black again, but you can't see it anyways.
Once you modify the piece, or buy M-lok replacement screws it works well and looks great. If you want to save money from buying a 60 dollar light mount, and don't mind doing work yourself, this is a great option.
Aside from the M-lok system, the rest of this mount is pretty decent. It looks sleek and stays slim.
